Welcome to East Hill

East Hill is a terraced hillside single family housing community surrounded by the fairways of the Sunset Hills Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California. 

Its 131 homes are uniquely blended in the tradition of a continental village.  The homes have a variety of form and shape to express their individuality, yet a single contemporary Mediterranean architectural style visually ties the entire development together as a "village".
